7 CHAKRA CLEANSE

Think of the chakras like energy centers or hubs along the spine that connect the body, mind, and spirit.  Each one holds certain experiences, emotions, and aspects of our identity.  Kind of like a spiritual memory bank.  Over our lifetime, these chakras gather energetic imprints from everything we go through: love, traumas, lessons, joys, losses, fears, all of it.

 

As we near death, especially in traditions that involve conscious dying or energy healing practices, there’s a gentle process of clearing these chakras one by one. This isn’t about ‘fixing’ anything, but more about releasing what no longer needs to be carried over to the spirit world, so the soul can leave the body freely and at peace.

 

It’s like unpacking a suitcase before a long journey.  Each chakra is honored and released, starting from the root (which holds survival and ancestral patterns) all the way to the crown (which connects us to Spirit or the divine).  The goal is to clear attachments, karmic ties, and unresolved emotions that could weigh the soul down or keep it tethered to unfinished business here.

 

This clearing supports a graceful transition and can also help those left behind feel more at peace, knowing their loved one’s energy was honored and supported in moving on.  

 

Clients or families may notice:

• A deep sense of peace or calm

• A lessening of fear or restlessness

• Emotional release or resolution

• Improved ability to sleep or relax

The 7 Chakra Clearing can and should take place multiple times prior to the passing.  This will ensure a peaceful transition in supporting the release of fears, unresolved emotional energy, and any lingering attachments, so their spirit may cross over with greater ease, dignity and peace.

 

Once death takes place, what follows is the Death Rites (explained in the Death Rites section).
