SOUL RETRIEVAL

In energy healing, soul retrieval is a process of gently calling back parts of your energy or essence that may have been lost due to trauma, grief, shock, or challenging life experiences.  Many spiritual traditions believe that when we go through something overwhelming, a piece of our soul can disconnect to protect us.  This is known as soul loss.

 

Over time, this can lead to feelings of emptiness, disconnection, anxiety, or a sense that something is “missing.”  Soul retrieval helps restore your wholeness by bringing back these lost parts with love, intention, and care.

 

In a session, I create a safe and sacred space, guided by the wisdom of the Andes and ancient healing practices.  With the help of spirit allies and guided intention, the missing pieces are located, gently returned, and reintegrated.  Clients often experience a renewed sense of vitality, emotional clarity, and deep inner peace.

 

It is not about fixing you, it’s about restoring what was always yours.
