Ancestral Constellation

In energy healing, I understand that we are not isolated beings; we carry the energetic imprints of our lineage.  Ancestral Constellation is a type of healing that looks at the invisible threads connecting us to our family and ancestors. Even if we don’t always realize it, many of the struggles we face, like patterns in relationships, unexplained anxiety, beliefs, scarcity, and most times even the pain of those who came before us. This can be connected to unresolved issues in our family line.  It can include unresolved traumas, grief, patterns of exclusion, secrets, and unacknowledged pain.

When we energetically release a burden that doesn’t belong to us or come to terms or realize that we are holding onto a concept/story that is not supported by reality, we can be a witness to healing and begin to live our authentic lives.

From an energetic perspective, it’s like re-aligning the flow of life force through your lineage. When we restore natural order and allow love to flow again, it not only brings peace to us, healing flows both ways.  It can bring peace to those who came before and open up new paths for those who come after.
