So, you know how sometimes dreams feel super real? Or how a dream can stick with you all day, even shift your mood?  In energy healing, we see dreams as more than just random brain activity.  They’re the kind of language that your energy body, your subconscious, and even Spirit or your guides can use to communicate with you.

 

Dreams can show you where energy is stuck, what wants to be healed, or what’s trying to emerge in your life. Think of them like messages from your deeper self, or from the energy field around you.  Things that are harder to pick up on when awake and in logical minds.

 

And just like in ceremony, dreams can be portals. You might revisit a dream during a healing session, journey deeper into it with intention, or call on the guides that appeared in it. It’s a co-creative relationship between your waking self, your soul, and the invisible realms.

 

When working with dreams, we do not explore our personal thoughts, “translations” or analyze.  It’s about grounding, tuning in and creating a safe space for the message to be revealed to you.  You can receive guidance, healing, messages from spirit allies, ancestors, or elements of nature.  You might be shown where energy is out of balance in your life or be given symbols that help you understand what your soul is really calling for.  It’s subtle work, but it can go deep very fast.

 

You might track a recurring dream or nightmare to an energy block that can inform you on what you need to work on or dive deeper into in your healing journey.  Sometimes just bringing awareness to a dream helps release or shift energy.
